On 18 March 2023 our debating team had once again the pleasure of participating in a competition. The debate took place at the Karls-Gymnasium in Stuttgart and this time we weren't surprised at the number of participants. In the impromptu debate we were on team opposition. The motion was "THW(this house would) ban homework". Sadly, we lost this debate. In the prepared debate, we were assigned on team proposition. The motion for this debate was "This house regrets the raise of tiktok". We came out as victorious in this one and were very happy about that. Now we are most certainly looking forward to our next debate and are very optimistic about it.

Zweiter Debating-Wettkampf in Stuttgart

Am 18.03.2023 hatte unser Debatting-Team wieder einmal das Vergnügen, an einem Wettbewerb teilzunehmen. Die Debatte fand im Karls-Gymnasium in Stuttgart statt und dieses Mal waren wir von der Anzahl der Teilnehmer nicht überrascht. In der improvisierten Debatte waren wir im Team Opposition. Der Antrag (Thema) lautete: "Dieses Haus würde Hausaufgaben verbieten". Leider haben wir diese Debatte verloren. In der vorbereiteten Debatte wurden wir dem Team Proposition zugeteilt. Der Antrag für diese Debatte lautete "Dieses Haus bedauert den Aufstieg von Tiktok". Wir gingen als Sieger aus dieser Debatte hervor, worüber wir uns sehr freuten. Nun freuen wir uns auf jeden Fall auf unsere nächste Debatte und sind sehr optimistisch.
